Mr. Ziaul Haque Mr. Kartik Das ....for the petitioner This application under Article of the Constitution is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), 3rd Court at Howrah to dispose of the Title Suit No.1695 of 2015 expeditiously.

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the hearing of the injunction application was kept in abeyance and a date was fixed for hearing for the local inspection.

It is not in dispute that subsequently the application for local inspection was allowed and a commissioner has been appointed and July 14, 2025 has been fixed for filing of the report by the learned advocate commissioner.

In the light of the submission made by the learned advocate for the petitioner CO 1708 of 2025 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), 3rd Court at Howrah to take up the hearing of the application for injunction filed in Title Suit No.1695 of 2015 in accordance with law and to dispose of as

expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
