Mr. Saha, learned advocate, appearing for the alleged contemnors, has handed up a copy of an order dated June 16, 2022 passed by the Principal Secretary to the Government of West Bengal, pursuant to this Court's order dated January 28, 2022 passed in MAT 1319 of 2021. Let the reasoned order be taken on record. Hence, although belatedly, the order of this Court stands complied with. By the said order, the petitioner's representation has been rejected. Needless to say, if the petitioner is aggrieved with the order, he will be at liberty to challenge the same before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

CPAN 515 of 2022 is, thus, disposed of.
