In terms of the order dated 17th June, 2022 SIT was constituted by the IG, CID, West Bengal.

The investigation has been completed and the CID, West Bengal has filed a report indicating that charge sheets being Charge Sheet Nos.11, 12, 13, 14 & 15 dated 20th January, 2023 have been filed before the CJM, Asansol against 44 persons.

This Court has considered the report and the same is taken on record.

4.

Let the copies of the final report of the CID, West Bengal be made available to the counsel for the petitioner and the High Court Administration. 5.

It is expected that the charge sheets are put to committal as expeditiously as possible and the trial commences.

6.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

7.

There shall be no order as to costs.

8.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
