Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code and the injury report. He submits that the injuries are grievous in nature.

Considering the involvement of the petitioner in the alleged offence and considering the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code and the injury report, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. CRM 4741 of 2021 is, accordingly, dismissed.
