There are two criminal antecedents so far as the petitioners are concerned.

Prima facie case of cheating stands made out as against the petitioners requiring investigations.

Enlarging the petitioners on anticipatory bail will be inimical to the investigations.

State and the de-facto complainant are represented. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1905 of 2023 is dismissed.
