It is submitted on behalf of the appearing parties that the disputes between the private parties stand settled.

It is pointed out that, a number of persons were not made parties to the proceedings who are affected by the decision that may be rendered in the proceedings.

However, such persons who are not parties to the proceedings affirmed affidavits.

In view of the settlement, those persons who are not parties to the proceedings are added as party respondents in the present appeal, by consent of the parties.

Affidavits filed in Court enumerating the settlement between the parties be taken on record.

Appeal and the connected application stand

disposed of in terms of the affidavits filed on behalf of the appellants and the added respondents.

Learned Advocate-on-record for the appellants is granted liberty to amend the memorandum of appeal to add the added respondents.
