Mr. Debabrata Ray ....for the Petitioner This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) 1st Court at Chandernagore to dispose of Title Suit No. 167 of 2024 expeditiously.

From the order-sheet appended in this application this Court finds that an application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure is pending and May 17, 2025 is fixed for hearing of such application.

In view thereof CO 1712 of 2025 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) 1st Court at Chandernagore to take up the hearing of the application under Section 151 of the Code on the next date fixed, that is on May 17, 2025, if the same is otherwise ready for hearing and to make an endesvour to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
