The petitioner alleges unauthorised construction of a temporary factory shed adjacent to the premises of the petitioner at holding no. 412A, Kali Temple Road, Ward No. 50, Balitikuri Naskar Para, Police Station - Dashnagar, District-Howrah.

Respondent no. 6 undertakes to remove the said construction within a short period of time.

In view of the aforesaid facts, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction upon respondent no. 6 to remove the said factory shed within a period of one month from date.

After removal of the factory shed, the petitioner shall intimate the Municipality within seven days.

WPA 11816 of 2024 is disposed of.
