1. Reference may be made to the order dated 19.03.2024.

2. The learned Advocate General submits that the Chairman of the Commission has been appointed and regarding the vacancies in the Members of the Commission, effective steps have been taken and due to the Parliamentary Election the process could not be completed and assures the court that by mid-June all vacancies of Members of the Public Service Commission will be filled up.

3. The Commission should also examine as to the modernization of the process as there are serious allegations made in the writ petitions as well as in the applications regarding the manner in which the selection are conducted, the allegations of leakage of question papers etc.

4. After the Full Commission is constituted, the court will hear the Commission and issue appropriate directions.

5. List these matters on 20th June, 2024.
