Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record including statement of witnesses which show petitioners have been named as members of the unlawful assembly who murdered two persons - one by gun shot injuries while another due to head injury. Keeping in mind the gravity of the offence involving the death of two individuals and the prima facie involvement of the petitioners therein, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
