Counsel for the appellant submits that her client does not wish to press the instant appeal in view of the conviction in a contempt proceeding arising out of the impugned order and a pending appeal therefrom being M.A.T. No. 1575 of 2024.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, M.A.T. No. 802 of 2024 shall stand dismissed as not pressed. 3.

In view of dismissal of the main appeal, the connected application being CAN 1 of 2024 shall also stand dismissed.

Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
