Mr. Rajesh Singh, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the appellant insurance company submits that the award under appeal has already been executed as such his client is not willing to proceed with the present appeal.

F.M.A.T. 558 of 2019 is dismissed as not pressed.

Mr. Singh prays that since the entire award has been executed his client may be permitted to withdraw the statutory deposit of Rs.25,000/- made at the time of filing of the appeal along with the accrued interest thereon.

The prayer of Mr. Singh is allowed. The appellant is permitted to withdraw the said amount along with the accrued interest thereon.

In view of the dismissal of the appeal, all connected applications are disposed of accordingly. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
