Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

Considering the serious nature of the allegations and the statement of the 15 years old minor victim girl recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS, I do not consider that this is to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
