Employees' State Insurance Corporation & Ors. By an order dated 20th July, 2017 this Court had stayed the notice of demand date 3rd January, 2017 issued by the Employees' State Insurance Corporation with a further direction upon the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.13,50,000/- with the learned Registrar General of this Court. The office report dated 1st September, 2017 records that the aforesaid amount of Rs.13,50,000/- had not been deposited within the stipulated period. Today, at the time of call none appears on behalf of the parties. No accommodation has been prayed for. In view thereof, let the writ petition be dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
