1. It appears that a Division Bench of this Court has restored the service of the petitioner. The said restoration of service is the principal subject matter of this writ petition.

2. Therefore, the instant writ petition becomes infructuous and the same is dismissed as infructuous.

3. Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.

4. In view of dismissal of the main writ petition, the connected application shall also stand dismissed.

5. There will be no order as to costs.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
