Report dated 27.02.2023 submitted by the Investigating Officer of the case reflects that all the properties were sold earlier prior to registration of the FIR by the petitioners before this Court. Let the said report be kept with the record.

In view of the report so submitted, I direct the Investigating Officer who prepared the report to file a report in the nature of Section 173(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the jurisdictional court at Chinsurah. The Investigating Officer would while filing his report under Section 173(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the jurisdictional court referred to his findings in the report dated 27.02.2023 and accordingly advance his prayer before the jurisdictional court.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1449 of 2021 is disposed of. Pending connected application is consequently disposed of.

Department is directed to communicate this order forthwith to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hooghly at Chinsurah.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
