Nabanita Routh De Mr. Gunjan Shah, Mr. Chitra Bhanu Gupta ...for the petitioner A direction to secure expeditious disposal of Mat.Suit No.20 of 2022, pending before the learned Additional District Judge, 7th Court, Paschim Medinipur, is the ultimate relief sought for in this case. Admittedly, the suit has been instituted in the year 2019. Petitioner contends that there has been no tangible progress towards reaching logical conclusion of the case.

It is, however, disclosed in the submission of learned advocate for the petitioner that an application for alimony pendente lite under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act has already been filed.

No other point is raised requiring address by this Court.

In view of the nature of order proposed to be made in this case, no prior notice is considered to be necessary.

Service upon the opposite party stands dispensed with.

Accordingly, learned Additional District Judge, 7th Court, Paschim Medinipur, in Mat. Suit No.20 of 2022 is requested to ensure expeditious disposal of pending Matrimonial Suit, after causing disposal of alimony matter, subject to its suitability and convenience, but without granting any unnecessary adjournment, unless it is extremely unavoidable.

Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned court below as well as to the opposite party and her learned advocate in the court below.

With this observation/direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.
