The reports speaks of nexus between the petitioner and the person arrested with the commercial quantity of narcotics. There are call details recording between the petitioner and such person. The tower location of the mobile phone of the petitioner and such person who also the same at the relevant point of time.
In view of such report and in view of such materials in the case diary, the petitioner is unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985. Consequently, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 2659 of 2022 is dismissed.
