Records reveal that the writ petitioner/appellant filed the writ petition challenging inter alia a tender process initiated by a notice dated 5th July, 2018. The said writ petition was dismissed on 9th April, 2019. Challenging the said order, the writ petitioner/appellant has preferred the present appeal and in connection with the same, an application for appropriate order being CAN No.5595 of 2019, was filed.

Records further reveal that the said application was dismissed for default by a Coordinate Bench of this court on 20th February, 2020.

Today, no one appears on behalf of the appellant and no accommodation has been sought for. It appears that the appellant has lost interest in the present matter.

In view thereof, the appeal being FMA 346 of 2021 is dismissed for default.
