In Re: CRAN 1 of 2025 Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners prays for waiver of the conditions. It has also been pointed out that the petitioners are permanent residents of other States and the investigation of the case has already been concluded. The petitioners shall before leaving the jurisdiction of Santiniketan Police Station inform their residential address to the Inspector-inCharge who would communicate with his counterpart at the jurisdictional Police Station where the petitioners reside and ensure that at least once in a fortnight the petitioners shall meet with the Inspector-in-Charge/ Officer-in-Charge of the Police Station where the petitioners residence is located. The petitioners shall also on the date fixed by the learned trial court be physically present before the court and inform Santiniketan Police Station. The other conditions

so imposed are retained till further orders of this Court. With the aforesaid observations, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
