Mr. Asit Kumar Chowdhury ...for the petitioner It appears that in my order dated 01.07.2022, in the third line, the case number has been inadvertently typed as "C.O. No.1469 of 2022" instead of "C.O. No.1496 of 2022". The same shall be corrected and read as "C.O. No.1496 of 2022".

The mistake is thus rectified. Other portions of the order shall remain unaltered.

Office is directed to incorporate necessary correction in the said order.
