The instant revisional application is filed challenging the impugned order dated 17.03.2015 passed by the learned Trial Court in connection with Original Suit No.3 of 2010. It is submitted on behalf of the opposite party No.5 that the Original Suit No.3 of 2010 pending before the learned Trial Court has already been dismissed for default on 12.05.2023. Photocopy of the said order dated 12.05.2023 is filed before this Court. Let it be kept with the record. So, there is no justification to keep this revisional application alive in the list and accordingly revisional application being C.O. 1380 of 2015 is hereby dismissed as infructuous.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
