We perused the materials in the Case Diary.

The de facto complainant was assaulted by the petitioner no.1. There are statements recorded under Section 161 of the Criminal Procedure Code which implicates both the petitioners. As against the petitioner no.1, it is stated that, he tortured the de facto complainant both physically and mentally. So far as petitioner no.2 is concerned, apparently, he abandoned the de facto complainant with the minor. Considering the materials in the Case Diary, the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. Signed By :
