Mr. Subhankar Chakraborty, Mr. Saptarshi Bhattacharjee ...for the Petitioner Ms. Tanusri Chanda ...for the State Mr. Sumit Ray ...for WBSEDCL 19-06-2025 AKG Ct. 15 It appears that the petitioner's request for the shifting of certain electric poles and a transformer, allegedly installed on his plot of land, has not yet been considered by the West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (WBSEDCL).

The petitioner further contends that, despite making representations in this regard, no action has been taken by WBSEDCL.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of WBSEDCL submits that the petitioner's prayer may be considered by the Divisional Manager, Nakashipara District Division. In view of the above, I do not find any justification to keep this writ petition pending. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation before the Divisional Manager, Nakashipara District Division within one week from the date of this order, seeking the relocation of the

said electric poles and transformer.

If such representation is made, the same shall be considered by the Divisional Manager, Nakashipara District Division, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the representation, after affording the petitioner an opportunity of hearing.

Accordingly, WPA 10757 of 2025 is disposed of. Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
