2) Matter relates to recruitment in a post in ESI hospital.

3) Hence, writ petition at this stage is not maintainable before this Court.

4) Writ petition stands dismissed.

5) However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to approach Central Administrative Tribunal on self-same cause of action.

6) Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
