Learned Advocate for the NIA says that he has received copy of this application for relaxation of condition of bail today. He prays for time to obtain instructions.

2. From an order dated July 31, 2025, passed by a Coordinate Bench, we find that the same learned Advocate had appeared on that date and had sought an opportunity to submit a report in response to this application. The Coordinate Bench directed the matter to be listed on August 25, 2025, granting liberty to NIA to file report in the form of affidavit in the meantime.

3. We are a little surprised that today a submission is made that for the first time copy of the application is received by learned Advocate. Time is again sought for to obtain instructions.

4. As a last chance to the NIA, let this matter be listed again on December 3, 2025.
