Petitioner seeks bail.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that considering the age of the petitioner and the ailments and the period of detention the petitioner should be granted bail. Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the dying declaration of the deceased. Considering the materials in the case diary, the dying declaration of the deceased and the age of the petitioner as also her ailments as well as the period of detention, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail being C.R.M. 4767 of 2021 is, thus, rejected.
