Petitioner Mr. Ashim Kumar Routh ...For the Petitioner The petitioner alleges that the execution case filed by her for the non-payment of interim maintenance to the tune of Rs. 5,000/- per month for herself and Rs. 5,000/- per month for her minor son is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court at Sealdah, South 24 Parganas since the year 2016.

It has been submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that the execution case is being prolonged unnecessarily and so far, no amount has been paid to the petitioner or her minor son. In view of the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, this revisional application is disposed of by directing the learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court at Sealdah, South 24 Parganas, to expedite the execution case being Execution Case No. 302 of 2016. The learned Judicial Magistrate in the Court below will ensure that effective steps are taken for the realisation of the unpaid maintenance amount to the petitioner and her son.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 1455 of 2021 is disposed of.
