Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that he is unable to repair his boundary wall and, as such, has approached the Airport Police Station for remedy of police assistance as there has been interference by the local miscreants in respect of repairing the boundary wall.

Airport Police Station has submitted a report. Report reflects that the jurisdiction of the said property for which complain has been advanced falls within the domain of Dum Dum Police Station. There are other issues also. Since the jurisdictional question has been raised, petitioner would send the representation to the Dum Dum Police Station. The

concerned police authorities would consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 11001 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
