Ms. Riya Das ....for the petitioner Mr. Bitasok Banerjee Mr. Tirupati Mukherjee ..for the State Considering the materials available in the case diary including the statement of an eye-witness taking the name of the petitioner as an assailant, among others, as available at page 65 of the case diary, I do not consider that this is to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
