The petitioner complains that the vehicle of the petitioner was taken possession of without the due recourse to law. The police are inactive.

State and the private respondents are represented.

Learned advocate appearing for the financier submits that, the possession of the vehicle was returned to the petitioner.

In such circumstances, no further interference is called for by the writ court. The private parties are at liberty to avail of their remedies before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

All points raised by the parties are kept open.

W.P.A. No.11562 of 2021 is disposed of, accordingly.
