The petitioner alleges that despite the complaint filed by the petitioner before the Officer-in-Charge, Sonarpur Police Station, the police authorities have not taken any steps.

This Court is of the view that the Inspector-in-Charge, Sonarpur Police Station must dispose of the complaint filed by the petitioner dated November 20, 2021 in accordance with law. Upon consideration of the said complaint, the police shall take further steps as deemed fit and proper. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
