Petitioners are in custody for about 75 days. They submits co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail. Accordingly, they pray for regular bail.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the bail prayer. He submits petitioners are named by the witnesses before Magistrate.

We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioners are named by the witnesses before Magistrate. They do not stand on the same footing as co-accused, who have been granted anticipatory bail. Investigation is in progress.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
