The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of informing the police authorities, no action has been taken.

It has been alleged that the private respondents have been throwing garbage and dirty water at the door of the flat of the present petitioner.

The records of the case reflect that T.S. 1196 of 2023 is pending before the learned civil court. The petitioner has already filed an application for police

assistance which is also pending before the jurisdictional civil court.

In case, the jurisdictional civil court passes any direction(s) upon the police authorities, the police authorities would respect, obey and implement such order.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 11728 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
