Inspite of that no one is appearing. The petitioner is found to be not interest in this case. Therefore, the same is taken up today for disposal on merit.

The petitioner has assailed an impugned order dated 21.03.2016 passed by the Ld. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Burdwan in connection with Raina Police Station Case No. 52 of 2016 dated 05.03.2016 under Section 147/148/149/324/325/326/307/302/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 25/27 Arms Act and 9 of Indian Exclusive Act, (G.R. Case no. 953 of 2016) thereby directing that the G.R. Case No. 953 of 2016 arising out of Raina Police Station Case No.35 of 2016 dated 11.02.2016.

On perusal of the entire materials available on record and the grounds made up by the petitioner I am constrained to find that the grounds thereof are not sufficient and cogent enough to warrant this court's interference into the impugned order. Hence, in my considered opinion the revision is liable to be dismissed. Criminal Revision being CRR 1497 of 2016 is dismissed.
