The said report dated 06.05.2025 reflects that in connection with Rajabagan Police Station Case No. 28 dated 05.04.2024, the investigating agency on conclusion of investigation has submitted charge-sheet before the learned ACJM, Alipore on 06.05.2025. As the charge-sheet has already been submitted and the writ petitioner is the de facto complainant in the aforesaid case, if there is any grievance required to be addressed, the petitioner, at this stage, would approach the learned Magistrate in seisin of Rajabagan Police Station Case No. 28 dated 05.04.2024.

This direction is being passed in spite of the petitioner expressing satisfaction in respect of the provisions which have been incorporated by the investigating authorities when the charge-sheet has been submitted.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 11765 of 2024 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
