Learned Counsel appearing for the State opposes prayer for bail.

Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in subjecting the minor to gang rape, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The application for bail is, thus, rejected. Trial court is requested to conclude the trial at the earliest without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
