The petitioner being aggrieved with the order of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehatta, Nadia dated 16.03.2016 in Misc. Case No. 262 of 2016 has filed the present revision. The impugned order is pursuant to a proceeding under Section 144 of the Cr.P.C., the statutory life of which is prescribed to be 60 days from the date of issuance thereof.
Accordingly, the impugned order has no merit in so far as after the expiry of 60 days from the date of the same. In such view of the fact, this revision appears to be infructous.
CRR 1500 of 2016 along with the connected application(s), if any, stand dismissed.
