Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that his client does not intend to proceed with the writ petition as the National Medical Commission has been constituted and the Ethics and Medical Registration Board of the Commission has already passed order in the matter on 26th May, 2025.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of.
