Mr. Chattopadhyay, learned advocate appearing for the opposite party submits that the opposite party has already received possession through police help. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the application any further.

However, since the petitioner is not present, CO 1724 of 2025 stands dismissed for default.
