Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that petitioner, who was working as a Lecturer in Education Department in Mirzapur B.Ed. College, Murshidabad, had been illegally terminated from his service. It appears that college is being run by a private trust. Petition lacks pleading as to how the trust or the college is amenable to the writ jurisdiction of this Court. It appears that the trust is a private body and so is the college without any administration or financial control from the State. Therefore, in my view this writ petition is not maintainable to this Court.

Accordingly, WPA 10299 of 2022 is dismissed.
