There is an issue of long absconsion involved. Injury report states that injuries were caused by an arrow shot from a bow. The arrow went inside the chest wall. The petitioners are the persons named as those involved in such incident.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 1911 of 2023 is dismissed.
