2. Petitioner and the alleged contemnor are represented.

3. None appears for the defendant of Title Suit No.1155 of 2022 although, notices of the proceedings were given to such defendant and such defendant appeared on June 18, 2025.

4. Compliance report submitted on behalf of the State filed in Court be taken on record.

5. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, petitioner was put in possession of Flat No.405 on the 4th Floor of Premises No.49, Kali Krishna Tagore Street, Kolkata-700007 yesterday and that, the petitioner is in possession now.

6. In such circumstances, no further order need be passed in the contempt petition.

7. CPAN 891 of 2025 is disposed of.
