Counsel hands over an order passed by the Director of Agricultural Marketing, West Bengal dated 20.06.2022 in respect of the present dispute which is the compensation payable by the petitioners on account of damaged potatoes. The same is taken on record.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the State, the impugned order dated 06.06.2022 is set aside.

WPA 10305 of 2022 is accordingly disposed of.

The petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge the subsequent order dated 20.06.2022 which is not the part of the present writ petition.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
