He renews his prayer for bail.

Learned Counsel appearing for the State opposes prayer for bail. He submits that bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses implicate the petitioner in the crime. Postmortem report also indicates fracture of bone and a nearly continuous ligature mark.

In view of the aforesaid facts, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
