Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner complains that in spite of information furnished to the police authorities, no steps are being taken and the petitioner is feeling insecure because of the previous acts and actions of the private respondents.

State has submitted a report which reflects that earlier Tamluk P.S. Case No. 83 of 2025 dated 03.02.2025 was registered for investigation.

The observations of a co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court reflect that injuries of the present petitioner were serious in nature.

Consequently, the anticipatory bail of the private respondent no.7 herein was rejected in CRM(A) 1078 of 2025.

Petitioner intends to construct the guard-wall for his security and safety as previously also the petitioner and his family members were subjected to assault injury and threats.

Having considered that such a prayer can only be considered by an appropriate civil court, I am of the view that the prayer for construction of guard-wall cannot be accepted by this Court.

However, the police authorities would ensure that the petitioner is not faced with any inconvenience/insecurity and should not be subjected to such acts which will dilute the already existing criminal case which is pending. To that effect, the police authorities, if informed, would take appropriate steps on receipt of information.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 10880 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
