Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition as WPA(P) 111 of 2021 filed by the petitioners challenging the earlier notification issued by the Kolkata Port Trust is still pending.

The petitioners may, if so advised, take appropriate steps to raise the issue raised in the present petition through an application in the pending petition.
