The petitioner has directly preferred the present revisional application against the order of conviction and sentence passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Bolpur, Birbhum in C. Case No. 170 of 2014. The petitioner would first exhaust the remedy before the learned sessions court/revisional court/appellate court and thereafter, if required, will approach this Court.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 1752 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

Department is directed to return the certified copy to the learned advocate-on-record of the petitioner after the same is replaced by photostat copy.
