The writ petition is disposed of directing the authorities of the Indusind Bank to handover necessary papers to the petitioners. The petitioners have transferred their loan facility to another bank.

It is made clear that the said papers will be handed over to the petitioners within a month from the date of communication of this order.

It is submitted by the petitioners that the second complaint against the Indusind Bank which was registered by the Reserve Bank of India, had been shut only because the writ petition is pending. The writ petition is disposed of without any orders in this regard. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the Reserve Bank of India in accordance with law with all their allegations and the Reserve Bank of India will exercise discretion as to whether such complaint shall be entertained or not.

However, there will be no order as to costs.

Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
