The instant revisional application has been filed for quashing of a proceeding being charge-sheet No. 124/2008, dated 31.12.2008 under Sections 341/323/379/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code arising out of Mahisadal Police Station Case No. 162 dated 23.11.2008 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1022 of 2008.

Perusal of the revisional application as well as annexed document reveals that the charge-sheet in the instant case has already been filed. The proceedings before the trial court must have ended in conclusive determination of the complaint before the same.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application is dismissed.

The learned trial court is to proceed with the hearing if till date further proceedings have not been continued in connection with the aforesaid G.R. Case and dispose it of preferably within a period of one year.

Copy of the order be sent to the trial court for information.
